Step 1: Apply
The first step to gain admittance to the Professional Golfers Career College is to complete your application.

Step 2: Submit Paperwork
Along with your Application, you must Submit:
- $45.00 Non-Refundable Application Fee ($75.00 for non-U.S. Citizens)
- 3 Letters of Recommendation (from individuals not living with you)
- Letter from Golf Professional or Index/Handicap Card

Step 3: Official Transcripts
Before we can process your application we require Official Student Transcripts, which must display graduation date & bear the official seal &/or school registrar’s signature. Please provide either:
- OFFICIAL High School Transcript
- or GED equivalency
- College Transcript (if transferring college credit)

Step 4: Financial Aid
Plan on using financial aid? Visit www.fafsa.ed.gov & fill out a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) with our school code: 033673.
Within 4 days of completing your FAFSA, we’ll receive your information & can proceed to the next step of informing you about your funding options.

Step 5: Student Contract
After sending all required documents, your application will be verified & submitted to the acceptance committee. Once the committee reviewed your file & formally accepts you as a student, you’ll receive an acceptance letter!
Along with the acceptance letter you’ll get 2 copies of the Student Agreement form. Complete, sign, & return one copy to us. Keep the other copy for your records.
Send back the completed & signed Student Agreement & enclose your Tuition Deposit of $500.00. Tuition deposits are refundable, & are used to reserve your spot as an upcoming freshman. Deposits must be received 1 month prior to the start date of the semester.

Step 6: Housing
Most relocate for college, while PGCC doesn’t provide student housing, we have relationships with & can confidently refer you to apartment complexes near your campus.
These complexes can provide fully furnished apartments, attractive leasing options &, if needed, roommate options for PGCC students. If you’re considering these housing options, contact them directly & mention that you will be a PGCC student.
